Marshall tortures Samar Singh. Laxmibai serves meal to Gangadhar. Gangadhar tells Laxmibai that he is proud of Kranti Guru and praises her a lot. A servant tells Gangadhar that Marshall and Fraser have brought an important message from Fort William. Marshall tells Gangadhar Rao that the Governor has taken the objection raised by the Queen of Jhansi seriously.
